SENIOR NETBALL DIRECTOR
AND HEAD COACH - A GRADE

ADRIAN CRASKE (AJ)
AJ has over 10 years of netball coaching experience and holds a development level Netball Australia coaching accreditation.  Adrian was significant in the establishment of the Caroline Springs Football Club Lakers netball program and ran the program as Netball director for 6 years in the WRFL. AJ is currently the Parkville Opens representative coach competing in the 2024 Association Championships Finals Day. His experience and achievements also include Elmer Opens Coach of the state title winners this year in Bendigo, coaching domestic teams at Strathmore Netball club being U13 to U17s plus open age, and responsible for the Strathmore Netball Club preseason training program with teen children actively involved at VNL and state level netball.

AARON MCLEAN
Aaron has almost 10 years of experience in various roles across multiple clubs and league management. Aaron is currently a Sports Manager managing a governing body with a resume including roles at Coburg FC (VFL), Macedon Cats Seniors Club, Werribee FC (VFL) as Assistant Football Manager and AFL Goldfields / RDFNL Football Operations Manager.

ANDREW HALL
Along his journey, Andrew has had experiences with the AFL Clubs Richmond, Collingwood, and Port Adelaide, as well as Rupertswood, Sunbury Lions, Calder Cannons, and Strathmore Football Club EDFL Premier Division,

Andrew is a medical centre based head physio and holds a specialty in Physical Education and Exercise Science.
