JUNIOR FOOTBALL
Gisborne Giants Junior Footy ranges from U9s to U17s in the Riddell District Football Netball League (RDFNL). We are proud to have a group of passionate football volunteers who assist with the transition of kids to their first league year right through to developing skills, strategic and team play. Success is measured by kids and family experiences so we plan to all enjoy the journey!
TEAM AGE GROUPS
Each year RDFNL will provide clubs with the team age groups and respective birth-years. Click here for the current ages.
FOOTBALL REGISTRATIONS - WATCH THIS SPACE 
2024 Footy Registrations will open mid December 2023. If the player is transferring from another club, this application will be available from February 2024 however you we invite you to join us in the interim! Let us know at secretary@gisbornegiantsfnc.club and we'll keep in touch.

RDFNL clubs will now be using 'PlayHQ' as the platform for registrations and football information including your player details and stats, fixtures and results and other club operational needs.
SEASON KICK-OFF 
The first round typically kicks off in April however we'll provide the RDFNL calendar when it is released.
U9s will commence about 4 weeks later and do not have a finals period.
FOOTY TRAINING AND PRE-SEASON EVENTS
